Art is a medium of Soul to express into form
My career as a professional artist began in third grade when I started my first business selling one of a kind, hand drawn mandala greeting cards. In fact, I spent most of my childhood drawing mandalas, as well as exploring every art and craft medium I could get my hands on.
Art has been more than a life-long passion for me. It is a way of life. A way of looking at the world. A way of bringing spirit into matter.
Art has always been that place that I can return to and know I will feel fulfilled and expressed. There are few things I enjoy more than to pick up my paints and canvas, and make a big mess!
Art is a practice for me of following the vision that unfolds before me, one step at a time.
I know the power of art to heal. I also know the impact art has on forming a healthy, flexible, and creative brain. This is why I love incorporating it into my programs and individual sessions.
Here are 5 facets of my life that make me... well,me
I discovered what embodiment means through growing up with debilitating pain and stiffness in my joints. I learned that my body holds all of the keys to unlock vibrant health… if I go deep inside to find them.
My favorite mediums for vibrant living:
• Biking, hiking, and breathing outside
• Illumination of matter - bringing light and life where there is contraction
• Eating pure, alive nutrients
• Thinking the right thoughts... the state of mind creates the state of the body
Trainings & Certifications:
• Somatic Experiencing Practitioner
• Brain Spotting level I
• SomaSource Lifecycles Practitioner
• 13+ years of energy work training with H.H. Sai Maa
• Jourey of Profound Healing Facilitator training with H.H. Sai Maa
• Magdalena Healing Practitioner Training
• Avid life-long learner: I love to geek out on neruoscience, biology, nutrition, and anything that I can discover about these profoundly intelligent, intricate and malleable systems of matter that we call the body.
• Growing up with parents who practice natural medicine = a lot of really valuable education in acupuncture, nutrition, Jin Shin Jytsu, Kinesiology, anatomy, massage, and more.
I have heard my little brother tell people I am in “Guru school.” It’s kindof true.
After graduating from high school, I wanted nothing more than to live in a monastery. I traveled to India and stayed in the Ashram of the great saint Sai Baba, then traveled through the Himalayas in Nepal hoping to discover a monastery where I could immerse myself in a life focused on spirituality. My journey through Asia changed me in profound ways, though I was left still hungry.
In 2004, I met Her Holiness Sai Maa. My thirst was quenched in a way I never imagined possible. I tangibly felt a divine substance pulsating through me, awakening every molecule of my being into more Life.
I have traveled all over the world with Sai Maa, I have taken every course I could, I lived in Sai Maa’s ashram for 3 1/2 years in Crestone, CO, I have volunteered in numerous roles, and I have worked in her company playing various leadership roles since 2012. I am now one of the leaders of Maa's organization, Awakened Life.
Through the past 13+ years of working and studying intimately with Sai Maa, every moment has been a teaching. Maa has schooled me in the art of self-mastery and impeccability in every single area of my life. Every single action – from how to guide a room of hundreds in a transformative journey, to creating enlightened cells within my body, down to the smallest details such as how I set down a glass on a table… every action is an opportunity for greater self-mastery.
And Maa is tough. I don’t get away with anything that isn’t refined and aligned.
Immediately after meeting Maa, I began meditating for an hour every morning… and have never stopped since. My meditation practice is the foundation for my life of internal serenity no matter how chaotic my external world gets.
Sai Maa’s teachings, and who I have become as a result of working with Her, has been the greatest gift of my life. There is nothing I would love more than to share what I have learned with you.

I Know that I know nothing
The word “educate” is derived from the Latin word “educo,” meaning to educe, to bring out, to draw out, and to develop from within.
So the word “teacher” doesn’t really communicate my role. When I work with individuals and groups, my role is to bring out the innate potential of my students.
I value experiential, embodied learning, and I know that we all learn best when we are having fun.
My career as a teacher began in 2005 when Sai Maa began handing me a microphone during programs with 700+ people and asking me to speak. Since that time, I have received ongoing personal training as a teacher from Sai Maa. My training has included intensive study and practice in a school of wisdom teachings that serve to elevate our entire being – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
More important than the knowledge I have received, Maa has trained me to use the laws of energy to transmit an experience that goes beyond what we can learn with the mind.
I have spent over a decade facilitating programs around the world and loving it! My greatest passion lies in working with young people. Some of the highlights of my life have been immersed deep in the wilderness with a group of teenage girls, witnessing them waking up to a version of themselves more free and self-expressed than they have known before.
Brahmachari is a sanscrit word that literally translates as “going after Brahman (God)”. A Brahmachari is one who devotes him/herself to a life of celibacy, purity, and complete one pointed focus on God.
My whole life I have been in love with the Divine and always felt a deep resonance with the monastic lifestyle. Soon after meeting Sai Maa in 2004 I knew that my path was to live a monastic life. I felt a deep yearning to focus every breath, every action, every thought on the divine... to completely devote my life to sadhana (spiritual practice) and seva (selfless service) with no other distractions.
I am blessed to be a member of the Order of Sai Maa Brahmacharya, having spent many years living, traveling, teaching, and growing through the gift of companionship with the other 13 members of the order. I was officially initiated as a Brahmacharini in October 2016 at the base of Mt. Fuji in Japan during the Sai Maa 108 Maha Yagya.

Favorite activity: laughing so hard I can’t breathe
I always prefer going barefoot to wearing shoes. And I will NEVER wear shoes that are uncomfortable.
The easiest way to make me cry is to force me to write a research paper. Don’t ask me why, I don’t know.
I throw a fit when people waste things… I care too much about the precious resources of our planet.
I love being in nature… soooo much.
I love to travel and immerse myself in diverse cultures around the world. I have traveled to over 20 countries, and every year I add more to the list.
I spend way too much time by myself in front of the computer, so consider booking a session or signing up for a program and you will make my day because I love interacting with other humans :)!
